Macondray Finance Butuan Branch Has a New Address
Good news for our members in Butuan City — we've moved.
Macondray Finance Corporation's Butuan branch is now open at a new, more convenient location. Same friendly staff, same SSS and GSIS pension loan services, just easier to get to.
What's Changing
Starting September 1, 2026, all transactions for the Butuan branch — new pension loan applications, renewals, payments, and inquiries — are handled at our new address. The old location is no longer in service, so please make sure you head to the right spot on your next visit.
The New Address
Our new home is at: 2nd Floor, Gumagay Bldg., Montilla Blvd. cor. T. Calo St., Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, 8600
The building sits right at the corner of Montilla Boulevard and T. Calo Street — one of Butuan's more recognizable intersections, which makes it a lot easier to find than our previous spot.
If you already have an active pension loan with us, there's nothing you need to do differently. The only thing that changes is where you walk in.
How to Find Us
Look for the Gumagay Building on Montilla Blvd., at the corner of T. Calo St. Macondray Finance is on the 2nd Floor. If you were a regular at the old branch, this new spot is a short distance away and sits along a route most jeepneys and tricycles already pass.
