Empowering Branch Leadership: Macondray Finance Corporation Launches Sprout Performance Management System

Macondray Finance Corporation is taking a significant step forward in optimizing its performance management processes with the adoption of the Sprout Performance Management Plus System. 

Last June 23, 2025, the Human Resources Department successfully conducted an exclusive administrative training session for all Branch Heads in our South Mindanao offices. The core purpose of the training was to provide in-depth familiarization with the new system. 

This strategic move is expected to have a dual positive impact across the company: 

• Enhanced Performance Management: The system will empower our branch leaders with sophisticated tools, thereby enhancing their capability to properly manage and provide effective performance feedback to their team members. 

• Streamlined Efficiency: By transitioning from traditional, paper-based ratings to the Sprout system’s online platform, we will significantly save time and streamline the entire process. 

Macondray Finance is fully committed to equipping our branch leaders with the best tools to nurture talent, which will ultimately drive better organizational performance and efficiency company wide. 

Upcoming Training for North Mindanao Branches 

To ensure a cohesive and seamless transition across the entire region, the same comprehensive training will be conducted for all Branch Heads in our North Mindanao branches this October 2025.
