Connections and Celebrations: Macondray Finance's 2024 Year-Ender

In November 2024, the Mindanao team of Macondray Finance—together with leaders from the Makati Head Office—gathered at N Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City for a two-day event that brought together colleagues from across the region.

The first day was all about connection. Fellowship and team-building activities encouraged creativity and collaboration, while also putting everyone’s knowledge and teamwork skills to the test.

On the second day, branches shared insights on best operational practices, from client relationship strategies to effective sales and collection techniques. This exchange of ideas sparked valuable learning for all.

The event wrapped up with the highly-anticipated annual Christmas party, inspired by Emily in Paris. The evening was filled with fun games, raffle prizes, and branch-themed presentations. We also recognized our service awardees for their exceptional contributions. It was a meaningful year-ender that not only celebrated 2024's achievements, but also set a strong foundation for the goals we aim to achieve as a company in 2025.
