A. MARKETING ASSISTANT (Makati City)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising or other related fields
With experience in social management like content creation, graphic design, data collection and analysis
With skills in graphic designs and creative marketing layouts for company ads and promotions
Minimum of 1 year work experience in marketing and project management
With pleasing personality that will represent the company
Can express ideas clearly both oral and writing
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Can manage marketing and promotion efforts for the products
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and activities using creativity, insights and analytical smarts to map out content, structure and quality of digital assets.
Highly creative and understands packaging content for specific target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Work and collaborate with other teams and suppliers/other agencies as needed.
Provide insights and analysis based on measures, identify trends and opportunities that can optimize or improve performance of digital assets and strategies.
Advanced skills in Digital Marketing (social media & web content)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
With knowledge in loans processing, loan referrals, and good coordination with manning agencies and other clients.
Proficiency in preparation of daily, monthly, and weekly reports as need by the immediate superior.
B. LOANS ASSISTANT (Makati City)
Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Financial Management, Accounting or its equivalent;
Work experience in Lending or Financing Industry is an advantage;
With pleasing personality, hardworking, honest, polite, output oriented and very keen to details;
With strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Process loan application of prospective clients.
Explain the product and answer questions from prospective clients.
Ensure all policies have been followed in the approval of a loan, all signatures are on all documents and the loan documentation includes the correct data.
Verify details to manning agency and perform background checking and investigation.
Recommend or reject loan application.
Perform other related duties as required.
D. MARKETING & COLLECTION ASSISTANT (Davao Branch)
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration Marketing Management, Financial Management, or its equivalent
With pleasing personality, hardworking, honest and output oriented
With good communication and interpersonal skills
Having a Driver’s License and capable in driving Motorcycle is an edge
Work experience in Marketing, Lending or Financing Industry is also an edge
Familiar in nearby areas in the assigned branch
Perform marketing of the product thru house visits, accreditation of Agents, SSS, bank contact persons, other related organizations, and other marketing medium.
Assist in Branch bank transactions.
Conduct Background /Credit Investigation of borrower, co-borrowers and Agents.
Prepare B/CI and collection visit reports and immediately submit them.
Assist in the proper filing of documents and account folders.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the branch.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned or required by the Company.
